There are moments in the lives of everyone, when you negotiate with someone to get what you want. You had to understand a person of your point of view to convince. Maybe you just need to connect with a loved one in your life. Other times, you want to grow your business. These are the moments when you learn to make friends and influence people need.

Treat them like human beings, and they will want to answer you.
