Practicing Vocabulary Activities

October 26th, 2011

Helping our children to get a proper education is number one priority for some people. Some private schools usually are determining their set of terms and rules on new student applications. The new students might be have to finish some kind of educational test in order to make sure that they can keep up with the curriculum made by the private schools. Putting your children into Vocabulary activities as soon as they can pronounce one or two words is important because this is the time when they are learning as much as vocabularies before you enroll them in schools or playgroups.

The easiest way of putting your children into Guided reading is by giving them educational games. Games boards which are in the form of pictures and words are easily learned by children. You can work on the pronunciation after few words and remember that early correction will sharpen their memories on the new words they learned. For other activities, you can try to offer computer word games for your children, but remember to give certain amount of play because you don’t want them to be addicted to computer games.

To review the Vocabulary activities that your children have done, you can test them by pointing to certain items of stuffs around the house and see whether they can recognize the items or not. It is better to start with things around the house, things which your children are familiar with. As for certain items which are completely new for the, you can teach them while you are shopping, going for vacation, or even when visiting the doctor or dentist. Don’t force you children to spell the words because for them, memorizing the words has been tiring and forcing them to spell will only disturb the vocabulary learning. Always make the learning activity in a fun way so children will be very comfortable and excited in learning new stuffs.

Free Book Summary – The 4-Hour Body Written by Tim Ferriss

October 16th, 2011

When I found this book, I was very skeptical about the content. There are plans to fix quickly, and all sorts of other garbage on the market is growing – do nothing and lose 100 pounds. Needless to say, this book is not one of them. I think a lot of respect for the way Tim. It is probably best to “work smart”. The original idea for this book was probably the guy is lazy – far from it. Tim tried in this book and his other excellent book, the 4 Hour work week, is action and knowledge in a small amount of time to maximize results. Depending on your health goals, this book is a must.

What makes it so good Tim is the test dummy is a man. It does not recommend something that is not attempted. They “must” respect especially when you look at what he has to try. You must read this book.

Why is it important for me?

I thought this because when I heard about this book, I really do not think for a second time. I read the weekly working time of 4 hours and then read this book was because it was so good. This book is important for you because the cuts through the crap and Tim are all misconceptions and give concrete results in fat loss, muscle building, strength training and nutrition. The best part is the interview with Nina Hartley. Since I need to keep this little note G, I’ll read you and see what I mean.
