Book Summary: Convict Conditioning – How to Bust Free of All Weakness By Paul Wade

I want to practice and I thought I was pretty good, I bought this book. The goal of this program is the strength and power over the body weight of the old school gym. When you first think you think gymnastics and jumps side bends, etc. It’s not what we’re talking about. Coach Wade talks about body weight exercises. Why is it important for me?

Without health, you have nothing. All that can be achieved when you are healthy, if you need to make a priority, can be.

Some exercises that can be done are incredible:

First A hand-pumps are not in the position of the triangle. I speak with one arm push up with your feet and your body just as a regular full pushup.

Second A full leg squats with a pause at the bottom. You’d think it would be to blow your knees, but that’s the secret to this type of training. They are not only building muscle. They build strength and tendon. This is the first book I’ve read that talks about them.

Book Summary: Great by Choice – Uncertainty, Chaos, and Luck by Jim Collins and Morten Hansen

Great choice for an excellent book, which deepened as companies have become large. As a small business owner, I’m always, like businesses interests. One thing that Jim Collins defined outside of any other focus groups, there is the amount of data analyzed.

There are too many focus groups poles that range from 100 to 300 people, and conclusions on this basis. This does not apply to business people who really want to work to grow their businesses. Large selection by defining in detail a complete study that is comprehensive.

Why is it important for me?

I always want to ask this question, as if I’m sitting in your shoes. I will not waste your time. Profiles of major companies in a scenario-choice pair. This is really excellent and is comparable to the Super Bowl. You have two teams, a dashboard and performance trends. The concept of pair-match is a dashboard 15 years between the two companies. If you do the right things and stay on the track, you will be happier and wiser.

Why do you often get into trouble?

Most of the time in your life, you see two ways to do something. The wrong way seems much easier and more attractive than the right way. It is easy to fall. But you need an extra effort to go up. And if you go down the wrong path, you invite problems in your life.

Once you learn the lesson, with the first problem, change and how you can continue your life. But if you can cope with more problems than you, it means you’re on the wrong track, and you make no progress. Now you should be looking to stop and listen.

Start improving your quality of life

You have the problems you find in your daily life, to recognize and act to change your way. You must be aware of your actions and their results to one of those rare people improve their lives and reach the heights of success. These people are leaders and others to follow.
