I have read “CSS The Missing Manual by David McFarland. As a beginner web developer dozens of books I have read about HTML and CSS, and this book was one of the most informative books I’ve read so far.

The book is written in a style and instructions on how to step by step in the process of creating CSS help. What I like most about the book is how simple and easy for the author wrote about this very complex issue. The book is very comprehensive and covers all aspects of CSS, text, layout and even the press. I also like the format, where its author, present and discuss a new approach and would then right-to tutorials, to help you understand the idea. I also found the use of images and graphics, very useful and I think I would have been lost without them.

The only criticism I have is that I think it would even have more practice. I think more opportunities to practice and apply what is learned, this book is the best thing to do in this category. I also suggest linking this website with a tutorial, where you can apply what you learn directly from the Web.

Robert Frank’s book called Richistan is about the life of the new rich and those who represent the wealth boom occurring in the United States. The book is 250 pages long and is fun to read. Although we know there are millions of millionaires in the world, makes Frank them new ways to hire Butler, how ridiculous that they make their fortune. Frank gives us opportunities we never think, when the self-made, the population is wealthy.

At the beginning of the book the author gives the reader an idea of how many millionaires in the United States, about eight million in 2003. This number has increased between 2003 and 2009. It is also the term “Richistan” and his new country is divided into three different categories according to the net assets of households. Lower Richistan consists of households worth $ 1,000,000 to $ 10,000,000. Middle Richistan includes 10 million households, 100 million U.S. dollars. Upper Richistan elite of private households together with a value of $ 1 to $ 100,000,000. There are only a few thousand households in the category High Richistan.

The first chapter is titled “Boot Camp Butler: potty-training of the new rich.” This chapter serves as an excellent introduction into the secret world of the new rich households. Frank Butler talks instead about the camps, especially the training camp at the prestigious International Institute for Management Starkey household. Here, men and women trained to perform simple household of millionaires and billionaires, and paid a ridiculous amount of money given to the wishes and needs to meet the super-rich. This Butlers paid around $ 75,000 to the area of the six figures. You need to know how to please the super-rich and car washing tasks including roll upscale, cigar, establishment of systems for home entertainment and the usual services such as cooking and baby-sitting.

The second chapter, entitled “The Third Wave: The Era of Instapreneur.” There are thousands of people instant millionaires each year to be. In fact, in 2005 there were approximately 227 000 new millionaires in the U.S. only financial. Robert Frank describes in chapter six ways in which most people acquire their wealth and put more people at once, millions of dollars through the development and sale of several large companies. Jared Polis, for example, has developed more than a dozen companies and sold all dollars more than a total of $ 600,000,000.

The third chapter is titled, “Making It: Ed Bazinet, the king of ceramic village.” This chapter is for those who are dedicated to a fortune made as unlikely. A person is mentioned in this chapter Sydel Miller. Ms. Miller ran a barber shop and developed a series of shampoo called Matrix Essentials, which they sell the chance to Bristol-Myers Squibb for $ 1000000000 dollars just had. Then there’s the man, the title of the chapter, Ed Bazinet, miniature ceramic houses and has created at the end of their mass production for large businesses. By a chance and produce their line of miniature houses, it is more than $ 100 million. “Gives you the feeling that everyone can be rich if you will and to have a good idea.

The fourth chapter is titled “Living It: Tim Blixseth.” This chapter speaks of those who love their work and do their work life. Men and women like Tim Blixseth does not seem to have the ability to relax, they are always thinking business. Tim is on vacation or relaxing on his yacht, but he continues to work on his business. Blixseth in the business at a young age by the purchase and sale of wood of various other companies and eventually started the Yellowstone Club, the $ $ 250,000 fee to millions of dollars for the right to build a house reach his property. This ultra-exclusive club has members like Bill Gates and Dan Quayle, to withdraw their own privacy, where a maximum want.

Chapter six is titled “Barbarians in the Ballroom: New Money vs. Old.” Celebrations and official balls are very popular in the world of the super-rich. People are encouraged and expected, since a significant monetary donation is required at the club of his choice. The rich should donate large amounts of money and if they fail to make a donation, there is the controversy. Not only should people donate to millions at a time, but there are also disputes about who is authorized or appointed as chairman of the official events. The chapter then looks houses of Donald Trump and Sean Combs and how much property in the different regions of the country can sell. This chapter is the least interesting of the book, but still gives good information about the world of super-rich.

Chapter seven entitled “Size Does she really is: My boat is bigger than your boat.” The seventh chapter is all about the comparison of the damage and cost of the rich against the ultra-rich. Seems like Mega Yachts the default property for a rich person these days, and boats will come in large sizes with all kinds of crazy options. Some foreign leaders have boats 500 feet long will be made, it costs to build more than 200 million. The boats with smaller boats, helicopter landing pads, dozens of spas come, swimming pools, theaters, baths, gold plated, etc. The author goes on to mention how the cars of millionaires who can compare watches and homes, and give a lot of money just so they have the biggest and best.

Chapter eight is called “Performance Philanthropy: with the results.” This chapter is interesting, and it describes the love business. People like Philip Berber made a lot of money with an online trading company, he has sold almost half a billion, are finding new ways to spend their money. Berbers began to glimmer of hope, a company that uses large amounts of money to make the world a better place. Other millionaires and billionaires like Michael Dell has donated several million dollars to the Berber build schools, clinics, wells and clinics in countries where poverty is a serious problem. Men and women such as Berber and Dell have have high hopes to heal the world and taken the initiative to fight poverty with the fate they have accumulated.

Chapter nine is titled, “Move Over, Christian Coalition: the new politics.” The ninth chapter deals with the money, politics and campaign drives. This chapter describes how policy makers are asking for money to fuel their campaigns and the differences between Republicans and Democrats to use techniques to find their money well earned. Four pro-democracy activists in Colorado has helped select their candidates for the House of Representatives. Not only has this happened in Colorado and the House of Representatives, but it happens all the time in the race for the presidency of the United States. The Republican Party often win large sums of money from a public road, while the Democratic Party often collects money from the super-rich in a more intimate. This chapter shows that people stop at nothing to get their candidates in office, even if it means millions of dollars per year.

Ten and eleven chapters are titled “Worried Wealth: The Trouble with Money” and “Aristokids: We’ll Always Have Paris.” These two chapters discuss the difficulties that come with large amounts of money. For example, more than half of America’s super-rich agree that money is not happy. The money can dominate their lives and leave little time for personal time with the children and spouses. Money fear that these millionaires have begun meeting with groups to discuss financial issues and meet similar people in similar situations of concern in the fresh air. Who can speak the better your million dollar other than millionaires? The last chapter talks about the super-rich children, or those who are in the best position to inherit a fortune. Today’s children go to school, to learn more about customs and life of the high quality of life. They are also required to learn about finances and what they do with millions of dollars if they inherit money, one day they will not take unwise decisions and blow money away, like many celebrities of today and the heirs are.

Total Richistan is a commitment and informative new book on today’s rich. This book will show you how to learn about the rich, you probably never. The chapter on prestigious and Butlers “bigger is better” are particularly interesting and give you a good idea of how millionaires and billionaires actually live and spend their fortune. This book is rated 4.5 out of fifth.

If you look at the cover of the book, The Boy in the Striped Pajamas will notice that it resembles a prison uniform with light blue and medium blue stripes. The front and back of the book do little to inform you of the story in this book, but it is clear that the story must have something to do with the prison or some sort of camp. John Boyne’s book is not very long, only 215 pages and is easy to read. Boyne writing style can be described as follows simple and concise, and always leave you wanting more.

The Boy in the Striped Pajamas is a deep story with a touch of humor, innocence, and an overwhelming sense that something is wrong. The main character is a nine year old boy named Bruno, who will be harassed and defamed by a twelve-year-old sister, Gretel. The two children live in a big house with five floors in Berlin with her mother and father, a senior official in the German army. Gretel and Bruno both have three best friends that they constantly and can not imagine a world without them. But all that is changing very quickly one day when Bruno’s father that they all are mobile and can never return to tell.

The family quickly pulled a small house near a camp that Bruno called “out” with. Your new house is only three floors and has no illusions that was the old house in Berlin. At the head of the house, small, there is a large, dusty field in the area behind the house where there are people who walk into thin strips “pajamas.” Bruno is wondering how she was so lucky she got in my pajamas all day and why the people are in. Bruno does not understand why they live in the fenced area of the place by name, but he knows his father is very important in German Army, and it must be for a reason. His father is so important, in fact, a man with a funny mustache named “Rage” and his pretty blonde woman meet for dinner to the father of Bruno and his family.

Bruno loves nature and knows that he is a world-renowned explorer where he will be older. The old house in Berlin planned to explore a lot of space, both inside and outside the home. Inside, there were nooks and crannies, where Bruno could slip, as his parents were not looking. Outside, they were in the vicinity of the forest and Bruno was all day looking for something spectacular. But the Out-With, there was nothing to see. He lived in a polling firm with his family and it was a dirt floor outside between his house and the fenced area. Therefore, Bruno decided one day to take a walk along the fence to take. He did not know what he wanted, but he has finally found a little boy named Shmuel in his pajamas.

Shmuel for nine years and happened to share the same birthday as Bruno. None of them had no friends and really understood what was happening around them. Shmuel knew his situation was far worse than Bruno and Bruno knew that Shmuel always seemed sad and very thin, even if he wear his pajamas all day and play with thousands of children have got inside the fence. The two boys quickly became best friends to see Bruno and Shmuel went every day, rain or shine.

Over time, Bruno was looking her window and see people in pajamas pushed and screamed. Still young and innocent, Bruno thought it was just a game and did not suspect anything wrong. Shmuel would come to the fence from time to time with bumps and bruises, and was even at the home of Bruno one day. A military official had Shmuel other side of the fence one days polishing glassware Bruno accompanied family. Bruno was so happy to see his friend, he forced a little meat to it. The officer went Shmuel look just right, and I saw the boy had eaten him great difficulties. Bruno has seen several days after Shmuel.

When Bruno and Shmuel finally confronts her usual place again, “Bruno said as he, the two boys were on the same side play of the fence. Will Shmuel agreed, and promised Pyjamas Bruno bring the next day, so they both within the fence can play. In addition, since Bruno is a good researcher, he has promised to search for Shmuel’s father, who had been missing for several days to help. Shmuel had great hopes to find his father, but the chances are good that his father in stock has been executed.

At this stage it is very clear that the reader Bruno outside the Nazi death camp Auschwitz alive. Shmuel is considered an enemy of the Nazis and his time is running out. His father was probably executed in a gas chamber, like many others to Auschwitz. Bruno does not recognize that people are running inside the camp itself, the interior invites innocently plays with his new best friend. The next day, as promised, Shmuel brings Bruno pajamas were dirty, and probably by someone who was deceased, made. Bruno sets up quickly, goes under the fence, fragile, and joined his friend. The boys waste no time beginning their exploration and the search for the father, Shmuel.

A long way, some men at a Nazi group of Jews, including Bruno and Shmuel, which is supposed to play with him, and send the group into a room with a bunch of shower heads down from the roof. Everyone seemed very nervous and did not know what happens, but Bruno still does not quite achieve that is in danger. Suddenly the lights go out, and shower sound starts killing everyone in the room, including Shmuel and Bruno.

Bruno’s father, who knows her family is, to find more information about the camp and needs every day to his children away to get the death camp, notes that Bruno did not come home one evening, as he always does. In fact, it’s not for several days, and all of them, is very worried. A Nazi soldiers found clothes outside Bruno fence, and one day to know the examination of the fence that he did not take. A boy could have easily slipped under the fence to find his natural curiosity. Bruno’s father knows immediately what happened, Bruno has disappeared and would never return.

The Boy in the Striped Pajamas is a dramatic book that combines real history and fiction. The story of Bruno and his family run very well with the history of Death Auschwitz by the Nazis and the Fury (Fury), Adolph Hitler. The book has such a good story behind it was recently in a film that has done very well, converted into theaters. combined view of the sad story in the book with a compelling story of tragedy and innocence are involved, I rate this book 4 of 5.

“There is no such thing as business ethics,” a book by John C. Maxwell three major scandals relating to economic crimes of Enron, Tyco and Adelphia Communications. The author has clearly saying that individual cases of fraud to show any more damage to business ethics. It begins in a very matter-of-fact tone that assessed casual key ethical violations. His first task of the most famous of them is: Enron. For those unfamiliar, he notes that on 1 November 2001 Enron, accounting performance, inflation has been caused in the earnings of Enron. had blown up over a period of four years, their income to EUR 586 million. After Enron filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. As if that were not enough, executives knew about the status of the company. It uses this information to sell more $ 1000000000 shares of the company, while employees encouraged to keep their shares.

Comments on Maxwell in his next book is the distraction financial Adelphia Communications. It shows how Adelphia Communications issued financial problems. This consignment was held on 27 March 2002. John Rigas, founder of the company and his son were soon after use of corporate assets as security for their own personal loans for projects in the family, private purchases, the $ 3100000000 defendants used amounted dollars. Sign only after Rigas, as the company had for Chapter 11 bankruptcy removed. Finally, he noted that third June 2002, the NASDAQ was included Adelphia does that make the end a nasty feeling of contempt for the corrupt business relationships.

His last major overhaul for the good of the white-collar crime is on the same day, Dennis Kozlowski, CEO of Tyco was indicted by the Manhattan District Attorney occurred. He escaped more than $ 1,000,000 in sales tax are purchased by corporations, to approximate $ 600 million from the economy to things such as artwork and personal items with money. Maxwell has to understand only the facts for the reader to mitigate Purple Prose that his subject does not need. It uses additional data from sources like Time Magazine. In its 22nd July 2002 publication, they have provided statistics that have supported the American distrust against the growing number of companies that cheat their employees and the public through the white-collar crime.

Taking into account GBX Codex standards, the author leaves the reader with the knowledge that these scandals to show a particular injury, the second and fifth, the transparency and the principles of citizenship. We know that there are attempts to fraud, not just individuals from fraud and embezzlement private plans, but a massive number of shareholders of the supposedly legitimate transactions. In addition, business leaders failed transparency by hiding these regimes and citizenship by deception and resist a government survey, which was particularly evident in the Enron case. Therefore we are forced with the overwhelming truth that Maxwell shows on economic crime in agreement: It is reprehensible and must be stopped.

You will find very few books that are used to help improve your business and your life in general. Steve Farber’s Radical Leap is one of those books.

The full title is The Leap radical: A lesson in extreme operations staff. It is an accurate reading. I have two copies, but unfortunately neither one is home. I lend to friends and they never seem to back him. I have always heard that the book was so good that I wanted to read a friend. I hope that you do not mind.

If there is a communication, that the world can improve how you speak, can come with charisma, someone like that? The book is not written as a typical business book. It’s more of a fable. Follow the adventures of a management consultant, as he extended his eyes to a whole new world.

If you believe that companies are only a function of the profit-loss account and / or rectify, to be in this book is a revelation. The book is quite short and we should not expect to spend weeks to learn if you spend your life trying, in their implementation.

Radical LEAP is a very different business documents. LEAP is an acronym. It provides the basic elements of what makes a great business on the basis of history.

Love care

generage Energy

inspire Audacity

supply the evidence

Not like the typical business book look like? This philosophy is not for business-type cutter, does not want to stand out. This is not something that makes you tired you are when you go home when you went to work. This is good not only for entrepreneurs.

The philosophy can be applied to employees, as well. If you change your views radical, the economy and life, then a copy of radical leap. I warn you, if you do not have a passion for life, so you will be disappointed by this book. This is not for those who just want to blend into the background.

Too many people just off the page and go watch the world. Ask Steve to engage in this book and his other books. To make a difference. To create something you and your children will be proud of.
